Period underwear has one job. If your first pair doesn't do it, that's on us, not you.

Order from us for the first time, wear a pair through a full cycle, and if it leaks when it shouldn't or there's a fault in the pair, we'll replace it or give you store credit. You don't send anything back.

What's covered

Any fault in the pair (seams, gusset, waistband). Faults are covered on every order, not just your first, under our Refund Policy.

What isn't

Fit and sizing. Check the size chart before you order, If you’re between sizes, size up, or message us and we’ll help!

How to claim

1. Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number, the style, and a photo of the issue.
2. Tell us whether you'd prefer a replacement or store credit.
3. Keep the pair.
