Absorbency
Total protection, zero bulk. The Callie's 4-layer AbsorbX™ gusset holds up to 15–20 ml (equal to 3–4 tampons). Wear alone on medium to heavy flow days, or as backup to a cup or disc.

Washing your period underwear

• Wash at 30°C or 40°C, do not use fabric conditioner
• Do not tumble dry, air dry instead
• They will take slightly longer to dry due to the layers of gusset
